The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a
* Flash Flood Watch for portions of southern Indiana and central Kentucky
* From this evening through Friday morning
* Widespread rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are expected across the watch area through Friday morning. Areas that receive multiple rounds of storms likely would get more rainfall and the higher rainfall rates could lead to flash flooding.
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
