Rolling Fork River near Boston affecting Hardin and Nelson Counties..Heavy rain from Monday has caused the river to rise.
The Flood Warning continues for the Rolling Fork River near Boston.
* Until late Wednesday night.
* At 10:30 PM EST Tuesday the stage was 35.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:30 PM EST Tuesday was 35.1 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 35.6 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 35.0 feet, Agricultural bottomland is covered.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 37.3 feet on 02/22/2019.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
